Guyman respects the intellectual property rights of all creators. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we act quickly on valid copyright infringement claims made against content on our platform. You can read the full DMCA text at copyright.gov.
If you own a copyright (or are authorized to act for the owner) and believe your work has been posted without permission, here's what to include in your notice:
Tell us clearly which copyrighted work you believe was used without permission.
Include the URL(s) where the infringing content can be found.
Your name, email address, and phone number so we can follow up with you.
A statement that you genuinely believe the use is not authorized by the copyright holder.
If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you can file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should be in writing and include your contact details, a description of the content that was removed, and a statement (under penalty of perjury) that you genuinely believe the removal was a mistake.
We take repeat copyright violations seriously. If a user is found to repeatedly infringe on others' intellectual property, their account will be permanently terminated.
