You need to represent yourself honestly: your actual name, your creative discipline, and genuine portfolio work. If we find that you’re pretending to be someone you’re not, your account will be suspended immediately.
SUMMARY:You own what you broadcast. Live streams through Genesis channels must follow our audio quality guidelines.
If you broadcast through Genesis Live, you keep full ownership of everything you create. Just make sure your streams meet our audio quality standards and respect any exclusive promotional windows you’ve agreed to when scheduling your event.

Everything you upload to Cloud Crate is protected with strong encryption, and nobody can download it without your permission. You remain the full owner of your music. By uploading, you give Guyman permission to stream it and count your plays for analytics — that’s it.

Any gig booking, feature request, or promo package you agree to on Guyman is a real commitment. Both you and whoever you’re working with are expected to follow through — delivering on time, at the agreed rate, and to the quality you promised.

All payments on Guyman — tips, gig fees, and collaboration payments — go through our Escrow system. Your money is held safely until the agreed work is completed and verified. This protects everyone involved, whether you’re the one paying or the one getting paid.
